About the Presenters:

Diana Gregory is a sales and marketing executive in the consumer package goods/malt beverage industry. She has a 30 year track record of growing sales through innovative customer-based solutions, establishing clear strategic goals and sales plans, and improving processes for analyzing and measuring performance.

In her most recent role as Retail Sales Director for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., she directed the activities of Key Account Managers and wholesalers in Arizona and Nevada. During her tenure, she was one of the top ranking African-American Women at Anheuser-Busch. Diana was also selected as one of the 100 Most Promising African American Women in Corporate America by Ebony Magazine. 

She serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Greater Phoenix Urban League, member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Foundation for Women, Board member of the Chicago Chapter of National Sales Network (NSN) and a member of the Phoenix chapter. Her dedication to youth led her to create the Diana L. Gregory Commitment to Excellence Scholarship Fund, which is presented to a deserving high school student, who is the child of a NSN member. Diana Gregory holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Boston University.

Dr. Joel Martin is considered “a genuine genius in her approach to personal transformation.” She is a renowned speaker and master trainer. She has spoken before and/or trained people of all ages across the U.S. and internationally including China, the United Kingdom, Republic of South Africa, France, Russia, and Finland. With her, lives are changed for the better. Businesses and relationships are transformed. People are more engaged and able to create high performing teams.

She is an entrepreneur who understands firsthand what it takes to grow a multi-million dollar business and to successfully deal with change. An award winning creative director, she was one of America’s first women of any race to own and operate a full service advertising agency. She understands firsthand the sweat equity it takes to grow a multi-million dollar business, to inspire a work force, to overcome challenges, and to successfully deal with change. Today she is President of Triad West specializing in diversity, leadership, and breakthrough performance. She is also the producer of the Positively Powerful transformational workshops and events.

Dr. Martin serves as a Commissioner on the Human Relations Commission, City of Scottsdale; PowerNetworking Conference Director of Education; Delegate American Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA); Board Member American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW); NAMD Emeritus Chairperson; and past Board Member American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter. Dr Joel Martin is a Wharton Business School Fellow, and has earned a PhD in Communications, a Masters of Psychology and Bachelors in Education.
